Presenting The First Annual Triple Crown Photography
Contest!
You know who you are. You spend all day at the boulders
and never chalk up because you don't want to get your
sensor dirty. You've lined your crashpad with light
reflectors and you've got a camera mount on your bubba
brush. When your bro says "Got me?!" 20 feet up The
Heretic you're thinking, yup, autofocus tracking!. Maybe
all that shutterbugging has got you climbing a few
grades down and you missed the podium by *that much*.
Well, here's your chance to finally win some BIG schwag!
The Triple Crown wants to see your best photography from
the 2009 Triple Crown Bouldering Series. Here's how it
works: You have until January 15, 2010 to send in
7 of
your best shots in one of two categories:
- Action (pulling down)
- Vibe (people doing anything but pulling down, atmosphere
shots, landscapes)
All photos entered will automatically be considered for
three bonus categories:
- Sponsors (Shots that feature a logo or product of one or
more of our generous sponsors)
- Kids (They'll be sending your projects in no time)
- Portfolio (Best overall collection of photos in your
entry. You must have 7 photos for this one)
Winning photos will be selected by our Gold Sponsor, pro
photographer Andrew Kornylak. Any still images or even
frame grabs are acceptable, as long as you can email
them as minimum 1000 pixels-long jpegs to
triplecrownphotos@gmail.com. Please name your photos as
follows: "yourname-category-#", so your entries might be
named:

Four winning photos will be selected for each category
as well as one winner for each bonus category. Winning
photos will be featured on the Triple Crown website, and
may be used to promote the Triple Crown Bouldering
Series by the Triple Crown and its sponsors. Photos will
not be used commercially and will not appear in print.
You retain all rights to your photographs.
